The administration of the Altay region and Uzbek Ministry of Foreign economic relations, investments and trade helped to strike the deal.

The administration of the Altay region said the agreement provided Alttrak placed under bankruptcy procedure with orders for the entire 2008, Kommersant - Siberia reported.
