ALSKOM to place shares for 1bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Shareholders of insurance company OJSC ALSKOM adopted decision on increasing charter capital of the company through emission of additional stocks.
The decision was adopted to comply with the rules on minimal size of the charter capital to carry out operation in mandatory insurance market and improve financial conditions of the firm.
According to the decision, the insurer will issue 1 million shares with par value of 1,000 soums. Total sum of the issue is 1 billion soums.
In the result, the charter capital of the company will reach 5.737 billion soums.
