Alp Jamol Bank’s assets reach 111.7bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Assets of the private open joint-stock commercial bank Alp Jamol reached 111.7 billion soums as of 1 December 2009, or grew by 14% compared to the beginning of 2009.

As earlier reported, Alp Jamol Bank plans to increase its assets to 150 billion soums by the end of 2009.

The bank said the aggregate capital rose by 9.9% compared to early 2009 to 14.6 billion soums as of 1 December 2009.

Income of the bank after tax made up 4.6 billion soums on the results of 11 months of 2009. Paid authorized capital made up 10 billion soums as of 1 December 2009.

Alp Jamol Bank underlined that currently it serves over 146,936 legal entities and individuals.

Private open joint-stock commercial bank Alp Jamol was created on 16 March 1998 by a group of the Uzbek businesses. Currently, the bank works in Tashkent, Tashkent region, Kashkadarya region, Namangan regin and Samarkand region. It has five branches, 19 mini banks, 43 retail centers and 19 currency exchange points.
