The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the bank on 19 September 2014.

Within the emission, the bank will place 882 million ordinary and 18 million preferential shares with nominal value of 110 soums. Total volume of the issue makes up 99 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on closed subscription via replacement of old shares with par value for 100 soums to new stocks with nominal value of 110 soums.

The difference between par values of old and new shares will be paid due to net income of the bank for 2013 at the size of 9 billion soums.
