The bank said that the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered the additional emission of shares on 16 July 2013.

Within the emission, the bank will place 98 million ordinary and 2 million preferential shares with par value of 100 soums.

According to the prospectus of emission, the shares will be placed on open subscription. At least 25% of shares will be realized via Uzbekistan Stock Exchange.

The charter capital of Alokabank currently makes up 80 billion soums, which consists of 784 million ordinary and 16 million preferential shares with par value of 100 soums.
