Alliance Leasing to pay dividends on ordinary shares
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Alliance Leasing joint venture in form of open joint stock company will pay dividends on ordinary shares in the result of 2009, the company said.
In line with the shareholders’ decision, the company will pay 92.15 soums per ordinary share.
Total number of shares, on which dividends are payable, makes up 3,657,768, the company said. The dividends will be paid in cash.
Alliance Leasing, an Uzbek-British joint venture, was founded on 29 December 2008 through attraction of foreign direct investments. British AGS Capital Ltd. Is the main founder of the venture.
