Alliance Leasing received net income for 459.395 million soums in 2012 against 551.14 million soums in 2011.

The shareholders directed 210 million soums to payment of dividends to ordinary shares for 2012. The side of the dividend makes up 30 soums per share or 10% to par value. Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 7 million units.

The company also issued 22.97 million soums to form reserve fund. The other part of net income remained as undistributed.
