Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers approved the Regulations on maintaining a national report on the state of land resources, Norma reports.

The regulation was adopted in accordance with Presidential resolution “On measures to further improve the activities of the Cadastre Agency under the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.” It provides:

procedure for maintaining land records;

approval of land report forms;

the procedure for generating and submitting a national report on the state of land resources;

the procedure for accounting for changes in land fund categories.

The Cadastre Agency was instructed to ensure the launch of the automated information system (AIS) “Yer hisobot” by 1 January 2024, as well as integrate it with the “E-qaror” IS.

The operator of the AIS “Yer hisobot” is the State Cadastral Chamber of the Cadastre Agency. Information on making changes to the land report, dividing lands into categories and transferring them from one category to another is transferred to the AIS “Yer hisobot”, based on decisions of the competent government bodies.

Decisions of local executive bodies on the transfer of land resources are entered in real time into (AIS) “Yer hisobot” through the IS “E-qaror”.

Land records are maintained for all landowners, land users, tenants and owners located within the administrative-territorial boundaries of Uzbekistan, Karakalpakstan, regions, Tashkent, districts and cities.
