Last season, Alibobo Rakhmatullaev played for Bunyodkor Tashkent. He played 32 matches for his old club and scored one goal.

Pakhtakor manager Samvel Babayan said that Pakhtakor signed contract with gifted player in 2012, but the player asked to release him to Bunyodkor. He had not enough playing time in Bunyodkor and could not become top player. He said that Pakhtakor will give a chance to him and he will become top player.

Alibobo Rakhmatullaev said that his father was upset, when the deal was abolished in 2012. He expressed his gratitude to Pakhtakor for trust and added he will contribute to victories of Pakhtakor.
