ALFA INVEST plans to buy back its shares from Trustbank
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Insurance company ALFA INVEST is planning to buy back its shares for 274.879 million soums from private open joint stock exchange bank “Trustbank”.
According to the company, shareholders of ALFA INVEST will consider issue on buying back shares of the company from Trustbank at their general meeting on 10 February 2014.
ALFA INVEST disclosed that the company plans to purchase 7,742 shares at the price 35,505 soums per share. Total sum of the deal made up 274.879 million soums.
