Director-general of Unitel LLC Andrei Safronyuk said that role of financial direction increases in the result of the growth of investments volume. Strategic planning and optimization of expenses can impact for further development of business of Beeline in Uzbekistan. He said that experience of Aleksandr Vorobyev in telecom market in Russia and Central Asia will be useful.

Aleksandr Vorobyev said that it is honour and great responsibility to head financial department of such large company as Unitel. He said that process of budgeting and purchase of equipment require balanced approach at the company, which develops fast and modernizes its network.

Aleksandr Vorobyev was born in Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia, in 1977. He graduated Nizhniy Novgorod State Architecture and Construction University. In 2001-2005, he worked at trade enterprises and run his own business.

In December 2005, he joined Mobile TeleSystems and worked there for six years in various positions. In November 2011, Aleksandr Vorobyev joined VimpelCom and became financial director of Takom (Beeline subsidiary in Tajikistan).
