Akgul Amanmuradova of Uzbekistan reached to the main draw of Australian Open on Saturday, 12 January 2013.
In the third quarter of qualifiers she defeated Estrella Cabeza Candela of Spain in strain sets with the score 6:3 and 6:4.
In the first round of qualifiers, she defeated France’s Julie Coin with the score 4:6, 7:6 and 6:4. In the second round, she outplayed Monique Adamczak of Australia – 6:2 and 6:3.
In the first round of main draw, Uzbek player will face Mathilde Johansson of France.
