Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Another day of the Asian Weightlifting Championships in Tashkent has come to an end.

Champion and record holder of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games Akbar Juraev (-102 kg) proved that he has no equal on the continent.

Having completed the snatch exercise with 180 kg, Juraev lifted 220 kg in the clean and jerk, gaining a total of 440 kg. None of our athlete’s competitors managed to beat these results.

Akbar Juraev added another title to the list of his titles - the absolute champion of Asia and completed these competitions with 3 gold awards!
