Uzbekistan and Croatia shared the spoils after a 1-1 draw in their Group F clash on Wednesday, 26 June 2013.

Ahmajon Musaev said that the team wanted to win and advance to play-offs of the tournament, but the team was unlucky.

Uzbek coach said that Uzbekistan now faces difficult match against Uruguay. He said that the main goal of Uzbekistan is not only to win Uruguay, but also the first match of play-offs.

Croatia coach Dinko Jelicic said that Uzbekistan is a strong team and he has no doubt that it will qualify to play-offs.

Dinko Jelicic said that Uzbekistan can serve as example on tactical and physical preparation to other teams. “I am sure that Uzbekistan will reach play-offs of the tournament,” he said.

Jelicic underlined that the match showed that football is developing fast in Asia and Uzbekistan proved it with its game.
