Conducting of rating assessment of valuation organizations was carried out in line with the execution of the presidential resolution “On further improving activity of valuation organizations and raising their responsibility for quality of rendered service”, as well as implementation of the State Property Committee’s Main directions of the development of valuation activity in Uzbekistan for 2009-2015.

The main aim of the rating assessment is to promote transparency of valuation services market and further improvement of valuation practice, and create perspectives for development of industry and valuation organizations. The main task of the rating is to determine and consolidate parameters and figures, which could help customers to select the reliable valuation organizations.

Ahbor-Reyting’s rating presents opinion of rating agency over business potential of valuation company. The rating is not recommendation on purchase or sale of any securities or guarantee of liability and business potential of valuation company.

The agency said that 20 valuation companies participated in rating of business activity of valuation organizations as of 1 July 2010.

In line with point 10 of article 15 of the Law of Uzbekistan “On valuation activity” and in line with methodology, developed by Ahbor-Reyting, the following ratings were assigned to 20 valuation organizations.
