Rating assessment of Elif Hisob LLC was conducted to implement the presidential resolution “On further improving activity of appraiser organization and increasing their responsibility for quality of rendered services” from 24 April 2008 and “The main directions of development of appraiser activity in Uzbekistan in 2009-2015”, approved by the State Property Committee.

The assignment of the rating will help to increasing transparency of the appraisal services and further developing appraisal practice to develop appraisal market.

The assigned rating Elif Hisob reflects high business activity of appraisal organization, good reputation and significant share in the market, existence of large clientele base and corporate potential, as well as high level of support and financial sustainability. Strategy of Elif Hisob, directed at further expanding business scale and strengthening position in the market, gives additional stability to business.

Capital adequacy of appraiser is evaluated as acceptable in the reported period. Own capital of Elif Hisob LLC grew by 10.07% to 87.1 million soums or 95.5% of the company’s liabilities.

The agency said that the financial results of the company in the first half of 2011 shows that the employees are improving their skills and quality of services of Elif Hisob. At the same time, Elif Hisob actively participate at seminars, trainings, conferences and exhibitions, organized by the State Property Committee for appraisal organizations.

Stable outlook reflects expectations of Ahbor-Reyting that the company will hold positive position in the market and support adequate capitalization, good quality of assets and services. Further improvement of financial results of Elif Hisob and service quality, as well as growth of profitability and diversification of business can help to increase the rating results.

Currently, Elif Hisob carries out its activity based on license on carrying out business appraisal (property, tenable and intangible assets) of the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan.
