The bank registered emission of shares for 115 billion soums. The bank will place 100 million shares, including 99.5 million ordinary shares and 500,000 preferential shares. The nominal value of shares is 1,150 soums.

Total volume of the issued ordinary shares makes up 114.425 billion soums and preferential shares – 575 million soums.

The bank said it will place shares among shareholders through replacing old shares with par value of 1,000 soums to new ones with nominal value of 1,150 soums. Agrobank said that the difference between par value of old and new emission of shares for 15 billion soums will be paid due to retained income for 2008-2009.
