In line with the decision of shareholders, the bank will direct 738.5 million soums to form preferred crediting fund and 2.071 billion soums to form reserve fund.

Shareholders of Agrobank allocated 14.375 million soums to payment of dividends per preferred stocks. The size of dividends makes up 287.5 soums per share.

Pakhta Bank has been reorganized into Agrobank open joint stock commercial bank in March 2009. The bank renders banking services to farmers, producing agriculture enterprises, cotton and grain processing plants, etc.
