The shareholders directed over 4.124 billion soums (71.6% of net income) to increase charter capital via raising par value of shares from 1,150 soums to 1,168 soums.

The bank will direct 2.5% of net income or 143.8 million soums to payment of dividends on preferential stocks. The size of the dividend is 287.5 soums or 25% from nominal value.

Agrobank will direct 1.151 billion soums (20%) to fund of preferential crediting and 287.8 million soums (5%) to reserves. The shareholders kept 49.1 million soums (0.9%) as undistributed.

Pakhta Bank has been reorganized into Agrobank open joint stock commercial bank in March 2009. The bank renders banking services to farmers, producing agriculture enterprises, cotton and grain processing plants, etc.
