Agrobank launches saving certificates for individuals
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Agrobank open joint-stock commercial bank launched saving certificates with par value of 10,000 soums each.
The bank said the maturity period of the certificates is 18 months and interest rate set at 26% APR.
In line with the article 179 of Tax Code of Uzbekistan, income of individuals on saving certificates is not taxable.
