The bank said that the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market decided to annual the emission.

According to the statement of the bank, the resources, received from placement of the shares of the issue, will be returned.

Within the emission, Agrobank was planning to place 98,055,653 ordinary shares with par value of 1,150 soums each. Total volume of the emission was 113.799 billion soums.

Pakhta Bank has been reorganized into Agrobank open joint stock commercial bank in March 2009. The bank renders banking services to farmers, producing agriculture enterprises, cotton and grain processing plants, etc.
