Agro Invest Sugurta’s 41% shares acquired at UzSE
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Shares of Agro Invest Sugurta have been traded at the Uzbekistan Stock Exchange “Tashkent” (UzSE) in the mid of December.

Investors acquired 41% stocks of Agro Invest Sugurta, which works in insurance market of Uzbekistan, for US$290,800. It means that investors value this company for US$706,400.

Agromashleasing is likely buyer of the shares, as in early December the company announced its intention to buy 41.18% shares in Agro Invest Sugurta.

Agro Invest Sug’urta started to work in insurance market of Uzbekistan in October 2008. It holds licence of the Ministry of Finance, giving right to carry out insurance activity in general insurance market in voluntary insurance products.

Founders are Microcredit Bank, Turon Bank and leasing firm Agromashleasing. The charter capital of Agro Invest Sug’urta is 850 million soums. The firm renders services mainly in agriculture sector, where only Uzagrosugurta state joint-stock company works.
