The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the company.

Within the issue, the company will place 9 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total emission of shares makes up 9 billion soums.

Earlier the company said that Microcreditbank will buy 7,547,500 ordinary shares, while Agromashlizing will acquire 1,323,750. Agrosuvpromkomplekt will purchase 128,750 stakes in Agro Invest Sug’urta.

Agro Invest Sug'urta OJSC was founded on 7 October 2008. The company functions in voluntary insurance market and works on 8 insurance classes.

Shareholders of the company are Microcreditbank (83.86%) and Agromashlizing (16.14%).
