Agro Invest Sug’urta to buy stake in Kapital Sug’urta
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock company Agro Invest Sug’urta is planning to buy stake in open joint stock company Kapital Sug’urta, the company said in a statement.
According to the company, Agro Invest Sug’urta will acquire 10 million ordinary and 1.906 million preferred shares of Kapital Sug’urta.
The company said that this will make up 19.84% shares from the charter capital of Kapital Sug’urta.
The shares will be bought from additional emission of Kapital Sug’urta through signing agreement on purchase of stake.
