Within the emission, the company issues 3,216,244 ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total volume of emission on par value makes up 3,216,244,000 soums.

All shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription. State Property Committee of Uzbekistan will receive all shares of the enterprise due to writing off debts from budget and transfer of production equipment of liquidated Uzbekqishloqmash OJSC.
