Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex (AGMK) will allocate 6.7 trillion soums for dividend payments based on the results of 2023.

This decision was made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of AGMK.

Additionally, 8.8 billion soums will be allocated for dividend payments on preferred shares.

During the meeting, it was also decided to extend the term of Abdullo Khursanov as Chairman of the Board of AGMK until the end of 2024.
