According to the association, over 4,000 deals for 265.5 billion soums have been signed in the first half of 2011 in the leasing market of Uzbekistan.

The growth of leasing services volume made up 10% in January-June 2011 compared to the same period of 2010.

Main leasing objects in the reporting period were technologic equipment (29.7%), agriculture equipment (28.5%) and vehicles (26.9%).

In January-June 2011, largest leasing market players were Uzqishloqkhojalik-mashlizing (66.4 billion soums), Uzavtosanoatlizing (30.6 billion soums) and Microcreditbank (26.4 billion soums).

Currently, total number of lessors in Uzbekistan made up 84, including 20 banks, 46 leasing companies and 18 other financial structures.
