AFC Club Licensing System from 2013

AFC has decided to postpone the implementation of the AFC Club Licensing System to 2013.
The previous decision was that AFC would start implementing the system from the 2012 season.
However, the ball starts rolling in May 2010 with a wide-ranging seminar for the General Secretaries of all AFC Member Associations.
The decision allows more time for the administration to fine-tune the regulations and the system.
