Tashkent-based teams Pakhtakor and Lokomotiv recorded their first victories in the AFC Champions League – 2016.
Pakhtakor defeated Tractorsozi of Iran with the score 1-0 in Tashkent. Igor Sergeev netted the only goal of the match on 41 minutes. Pakhtakor now has five points from three matches.
In its turn, Lokomotiv beat Sepahan of Iran with the score 2-0. Marat Bikmaev and Sardor Mirzaev were on target for the Uzbek club. Lokomotiv has five points after three games.
