Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Presidential Decree “On measures to further improve the activities of the Agency for Strategic Reforms under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted.

The decree defines additional tasks of the Agency for Strategic Reforms:

  - development of promising initiatives to find solutions to issues and problems that concern the population, as well as to transform the social sphere, economy and other key areas;

- organizing a study of ongoing reforms and initiatives put forward in foreign countries in the social sphere, economics and other key areas with the development of proposals for their implementation in the conditions of Uzbekistan;

- analysis and synthesis of recommendations from international organizations and financial institutions, consulting companies, leading foreign research and expert institutions, as well as specialists, development of proposals for the implementation of acceptable initiatives;

- implementation of close cooperation with scientific organizations of the republic to develop promising initiatives.

Republican executive authorities submit monthly detailed information to the Agency for Strategic Reforms on the work performed by external experts, consultants and advisors.
