Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Presidential Resolution “On measures to increase incomes and ensure employment of youth by allocating land to them, as well as developing new land areas” was adopted.

According to the Resolution, 60 thousand hectares of land area held in the reserve of district khokimiyats will be put up for electronic online auctions and leased to youth for organizing dehkan farms, and the following new system will be introduced, covering the chain from the production of agricultural products to their sale :

electronic online auctions for the lease of 60 thousand hectares of land will be held among young people included in the list (applicants), which will be formed on the recommendation of the “makhalla seven”, through the electronic trading platform “E-auksion”.

Wherein:

- winners of electronic online auctions for the lease of land areas will be allowed to pay in interest-free installments the cost of the land plot over 10 years in equal shares;

- the size of the deposit is determined in one size of basic estimate value (340,000 soums).
