The chamber said that the seminar will take place in Tashkent on 15-16 November 2010 and it is organized by the ADB in cooperation with CAREC Institute and Institute of Public Policy named after Li Kuan Yu (National University of Singapore). It will be dedicated to the public governance issues.

The course on public governance of the CAREC Institute is a two day programme, which is aimed at presenting practical knowledge and skills on public governance and finances in public sector to civil servants.

Participants will familiarize with modern tools and advances experience in improving activity of public institutes and raise transparence and effectiveness in use of state resources. The course comprises of two modules – public governance and finance in state sector.

It is expected that leasing specialists of ministries and departments of Uzbekistan will take part in the seminar.
