During the session, MPs considered a report on activity of Accounts Chamber of Uzbekistan for 2010. In line with the law “On Budget System”, the chamber carried out external audit and evaluated a report on execution of the State Budget of Uzbekistan for 2009, reviewed main directions of tax and budget policy and draft State Budget of Uzbekistan for 2011.

Accounts Chamber was organized control over formation and execution of the State Budget at national and regional level, as well as checked targeted and effective use of the state budget resources.

In the result of inspections, Accounts Chamber directed to Cabinet of Ministers, ministries and departments over 30 orders, which were directed at returning and reimbursement of damages. They were also directed at increasing income of the State Budget and efficiency of the resource use.

The lower house of parliament approved the report of Accounts Chamber and adopted a corresponding resolution.
