Access to databases of state bodies opened

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to further improve the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction and information exchange” was adopted.

The resolution approved the Regulations on the procedure for electronic interaction and exchange of information through the Digital Data Platform of the "Electronic Government" system. Through this platform, commercial and other economic entities will be able to access databases of government agencies on a paid basis. Basic norms of the Regulation: 

connection to this platform is carried out through a secure VPN network;

to connect to the platform, commercial enterprises and other economic entities send a request to the State Enterprise "Electronic Government Project Management Center" under the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications;

when a positive decision is made to connect to the platform, an agreement is concluded between the "Electronic Government Project Management Center" and the user;

the user receives the information of interest by sending appropriate requests, while the cost of the request ranges from 0.1 to 2% of the basic estimated value;

users through the platform can provide their data to other users on a contractual basis.

The resolution also approved:

- Regulations on the procedure for electronic interaction and information exchange through the Interdepartmental Integration Platform of the "Electronic Government" system (the platform is intended for interdepartmental interaction between government agencies);

- Regulations on the procedure for interaction between users of the Unified Billing System, which keeps records of receipts of state duties, fees and other payments for public services rendered.
