Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Colonel Abdumajid Shermukhamedov has been appointed as the new head of the Khorezm Regional Department of Internal Affairs.

According to the regional administration, before this appointment, Shermukhamedov served as the head of the Department for Coordination of Internal Affairs Bodies in Tashkent’s Yunusabad district.

He replaces Ravshan Sultankhodjayev, who has been appointed as the head of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent.
