Abdulaziz Kamilov appointed as First Deputy Foreign Minister

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov signed a resolution on 20 January 2010 to approve Abdulaziz Kamilov as the First Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbkistan.

Prior to appointment, Abdulaziz Kamilov worked as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to the USA.

Kamilov replaced Hamidulla Karamatov, who was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Japan.
