Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Decree of the President "On measures for the effective organization of public administration in the field of digital technologies within the framework of administrative reforms"  was adopted.

According to the Decree, the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services is a single point of access to the provision of digital services and services, as well as obtaining their results.

The stages of using the services provided on the Single Portal are optimized according to the “3 steps” principle.

Until 1 December 2023, in order to create the possibility of independent use of digital services by citizens, 14 Digital Service Points are created at the first stage in public service centers.

Until 1 January 2024, a new form of software for providing services on the Single Portal will be introduced, combining the capabilities of digital services and services, electronic payment and media resources.

From 1 September 2023, the central offices of the executive authorities are transferred to the “edo.ijro.uz” system.

From 1 May 2024, the territorial divisions of the executive authorities, as well as their subordinate organizations, are completely transferred to the “edo.ijro.uz” system.

From 1 August 2023, 50 percent of the funds saved through the implementation of projects for the implementation of digital technologies in government bodies are directed to the development of digital technologies in the activities of these government bodies in the next financial year.

Also, measures will be taken to increase the number of mobile Internet users in 2023. At the same time, it is planned to increase their number to 31.5 million people.
