Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In Tashkent, a ZIL truck driver killed a three-year-old boy who was returning from kindergarten with his brother.

The incident occurred on 10 June at about 17:00 in Uchtepa district of Tashkent.

The older brother took the boy from kindergarten. The child tried to run across the road in front of the truck. The driver did not notice him and hit him. The boy died on the spot.

An investigation is underway.
