Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to accelerate the supply of goods from China to Afghanistan and develop the logistics infrastructure, on the initiative of the Uzbekiston Temir Yollari joint-stock company, a 4-sided meeting of representatives of the railway administrations of Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan was held with the participation Chinese international logistics company. 

From the perspective of developing partnerships, expanding existing opportunities, promising projects and new horizons of cooperation, the sides discussed the modernization of the logistics infrastructure of the parties, accelerating the passage of goods from the Chinese Kashgar to the Hairatan station in Afghanistan.

It should be noted that the Afghan side supported all the decisions of the Working Group. In their addresses to the participants of the meeting, the Afghan side expressed gratitude to the Uzbek side for all-round support.

As a result of the meeting, a four-party protocol was signed.
