A new district has been created in the Tashkent region
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution on establishing Tashkent district in Tashkent region, as well as the city khokimiyats (administrations) of Yangiyul, Ahangaran and Nurafshon, subordinate to Tashkent region.
According to the resolution, 7 cities and 15 districts were included in Tashkent region.
