Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 9 September, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Jahongir Mamajanov held a meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Morocco with residence in Baku, Muhammad Adil Embarhem.

During the meeting, topical issues of bilateral cooperation between Uzbekistan and Morocco, the development of the export potential of Uzbek business entities in the markets of Morocco, in particular in such areas as construction, agricultural products, leather and textile industries, as well as the formation of new logistics solutions were discussed.

Also, the Ambassador of Morocco proposed to assist in holding business meetings in the B2B format for the business circles of the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to identify possible areas of cooperation between the business circles of both parties.

At the end of the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the planned joint events and the need to intensify mutual visits of business delegations of the two countries and organize business events in the above areas, the press service of the CCI reports.
