Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A meeting was held between representatives of Uzbekneftegaz JSC and one of the largest commercial banks in Kazakhstan, Halyk Bank. Further stages of bilateral cooperation and financing issues were discussed at the meeting.

During the conversation, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC introduced the bank’s representatives to the results achieved by the company, successes in the gas production process, ongoing transformation processes, projects and reforms.

It is worth noting that employees of Uzbekneftegaz JSC expressed gratitude to the bank’s representatives for participating in the syndicated loan project organized by the Japanese bank MUFG Ban Ltd. Also, representatives of Halyk Bank expressed great interest in the syndicated loan project organized by the German bank Deutsche Bank AG and announced their participation in the project.

At the meeting, representatives of Halyk Bank presented information about the risks of credit projects, directions of international financial markets for project financing. The situation on the international debt market, a high level of market volatility, as well as a return to a stable state were noted.
