Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 8 January 2024, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Rakhmatulla Nurimbetov held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic Musa Djamanbaev.

During the conversation, the positive dynamics of fruitful interaction between the two countries, based on the principles of friendship, good neighborliness and strategic partnership, were noted with satisfaction.

The progress in the implementation of agreements reached following meetings and negotiations at the highest level, issues of implementation of projects in the fields of industry, energy, transport, agriculture and water management were discussed.

An exchange of views also took place on the continuation and strengthening of regional dialogue on issues of interaction at multilateral platforms.

The importance of carrying out comprehensive and thorough work in preparation for upcoming events at various levels was noted.
