Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 17 November, at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a meeting was held with a delegation led by the head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr) of the Russian Federation A. Skufinsky.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. Khojaev, Deputy Director of the Cadastre Agency M. Mirmaksudov, as well as senior officials of the ministry.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the implementation of the tasks established in the Agreement signed on 18 September 2023 in Moscow between the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Russian Federation) on the project to create a state cadastral valuation system .

The Russian side shared its own experience in creating a state cadastral valuation system, including problems that arose during the reform process and ways to solve them.

At the same time, the Russian side presented a step-by-step action plan for the implementation of the established tasks, and also presented the implementers, experts and persons responsible for the implementation of the project to create a state cadastral valuation system in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In addition, in order to create favorable conditions for the implementers and experts involved in this project, the Uzbek side announced the creation of an appropriate project office at the Institute of Budget and Tax Research under the ministry.

Following the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the best practice for determining the cadastral value of real estate, as well as on the implementation of relevant measures within the project.
