A meeting of the Uzbek-Chinese intergovernmental commission on cooperation was held in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, on 13 May, the seventh meeting of the Uzbek-Chinese intergovernmental commission on cooperation was held in Tashkent.

At the meeting chaired by the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov and Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China Liu Guojun, it was noted that multilateral partnerships are rapidly developing, and that friendly, close, sincere and fraternal ties between the leaders of our countries are of great importance.

At the meeting, it was proposed to adopt a joint “Action Plan” aimed at further increasing trade turnover, introducing additional trade benefits for long-term and stable supplies of products to China, further expanding industrial cooperation, and implementing joint competitive projects in all sectors of the economy.

Following the event, reports from the heads of relevant ministries and departments were reviewed, and the protocol of the seventh meeting of the Uzbek-Chinese intergovernmental cooperation commission was signed.
