Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 8 August, the Nemolchi project in Uzbekistan published a video showing an elderly man stroking and forcibly kissing a young girl on the lips.

“This happens in a crowded place at rush hour, except for the subscriber and the girls standing next to her, no one paid attention to them,” the project says.

According to the Tashkent police department, the man was detained and a criminal case was opened against him under article 129 of the Criminal Code - indecent acts against a person under 16 years of age.

The police department added that the girl’s parents did not apply to the internal affairs bodies with a statement about the incident. The investigation continues.
