Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- At the open dialogue of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs, held on 22 August 2022, a broad discussion was established on the practice of storing and transferring documents for business including documents in the field of archives, banking, taxes, statistics or used in obtaining relevant government services in paper form with entrepreneurs.

The round table was held by the Ministry of Finance on September 27 this year in order to ensure that this task is carried out in proper quality and on time, as well as for a broad discussion of the practice of paper reduction in business processes for entrepreneurs.

During the round table, entrepreneurs made a number of proposals on accounting, improving taxation and statistical reporting, translating and storing documents in business processes into electronic form. Including:

reduction of most statistical reports, as well as revision of the deadlines for their submission;

ensuring the integration of documents and reports submitted to state bodies between state bodies;

accounting documents of primary accounting, translation of registers into full electronic form;

formation of a list of all documents of economic entities and development of regulations on the storage of each of them in electronic or paper form, etc.

Following the results of the round table, it was suggested that the Ministry of Finance will develop proposals to improve the electronic document management system in business processes, taking into account the proposals made by entrepreneurs.
