Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The IV Para Asian Games, which took place in the city of Hangzhou, China, have ended. In an uncompromising struggle that lasted 6 days, the delegation of Uzbekistan managed to win 79 medals (25 gold, 24 silver and 30 bronze) and took 8th place in the overall team standings. It should be noted that this result in terms of the number of medals was the best for our team in the history of the Para Asian Games.

The 4th Hangzhou Para-Asian Games began on 22 October and became the largest in the history of the tournament. About 5,200 people took part in the games, including 3,100 athletes who competed in 22 sports.
