A delegation of Uzbekistan, at the invitation of EXEED, takes part in the 2023 Chery International User Summit

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of Uzbekistan took part in the 2023 Chery International User Summit from 15 to 18 October 2023.

The event was attended by more than 5,000 users of Chery brands from 45 countries.

The premium car brand EXEED, which belongs to Chery, invited brand clients and the representatives of media of Uzbekistan to this summit.

The 2023 Chery International User Summit consisted of several events. The main theme of the summit was green and environmental protection.

Presentation of eco-products

On 15 October, a presentation of new Chery products took place at the headquarters of Chery International. In particular, new car models of vehicles, including under EXEED brand, were presented at the presentation.

Chery also introduced car accessories that create a unified ecosystem, including bicycles, coffee machines, cutlery, tents, chargers, etc.

EXEED presented three new car models VX, RX and ES.

The VX, described as the new generation of EXEED’s flagship product, offers a high-end quality of life for leaders and business elites. Its exterior exudes regality and stability, while the interior rivals that of a corporate jet. The VX also comes with high-end ecological products such as Suit Bags, High-end Business Umbrellas, and Luggage, enhancing the EXEED ecosystem and promoting a high-quality lifestyle.

The RX, on the other hand, celebrates a diverse lifestyle. This stylish and rugged vehicle is designed for those who dare to push their boundaries, offering a trusted companion for outdoor enthusiasts. The RX’s thoughtful additions like the Roof Box, Car Tent, Astronomical Telescope, and Down Vest elevate the outdoor adventure experience.

The final model, the EXLANTIX ES, showcases EXEED’s exploration of new technologies and their connection to nature and life. With its outstanding performance and comfortable driving experience, the ES promises easy and enjoyable travel. It caters to short trips, outdoor picnics, and artists with a deep appreciation for nature, enhancing car owners’ enjoyment of life and technology. 

As part of the event, several journalists from Uzbekistan also had the opportunity to test unmanned business-class cars and taxis. Cars are equipped with special cameras and sensors that recognize vehicles, people and traffic lights, etc. As with other self-driving cars, the driver must hold the steering wheel for safety.

Technology Day

On 16 October, Chery held a Technology Day, during which the company’s new developments were presented.

During the event, Chery presented new vehicle platforms, engines, software and new vehicle concepts. 

Visitors were also able to see new vehicle platforms, engines and products developed as part of the development of the ecosystem for various brands. They also got acquainted with the car intelligent systems and personal assistant.

Chery Automobile has announced that it will launch 24 hybrid and 15 high-end electric models based on the E0X platform within two years. Several cars will be launched for EXEED brand.

Chery President Yin Tongyue said the automaker plans to invest more than 100 billion yuan ($13.67 billion) in research and development over the next five years, adding that it is committed to constantly learning from companies such as Apple, Huawei and CATL and is determined implement breakthrough innovations.

He noted that the company plans to increase the number of research centers to 300 units. The company allocates 5-7% of its annual sales revenue to independent research and development.

During the technical day, Chery demonstrated that its super-hybrid platform, known as C-DM, has been taken even further. The platform is equipped with a special Chery 1.5 Turbo hybrid engine paired with Chery’s innovative 3-speed DHT hybrid transmission, three-cell lithium battery and battery management system, which in turn provides three main advantages: all-round high performance, sustained high energy efficiency and high battery reliability.

Within the event, the EXEED brand also demonstrated its ongoing work on the development of new car models. EXEED designers showed two new models under development and discussed with customers from various countries further improving the design of the car.

Test drive and meeting of key buyers

On 18 October, a meeting was held with key buyers and people who help promote Chery brandy in various parts of the world.

During the meeting, it was noted that over 9 months the company sold more than 1.2 million cars, of which 661 thousand were exported.

Chery also launched its new brand With Chery With Love (WCWL). The brand will unite the company with its customers. As part of the new brand, the company will hold various events for its customers and study their opinions on improving products and creating new ones.

During the event, key buyers from around the world also spoke and shared their experience in organizing communities of Chery users.

Following the meeting, Chery awarded several key customers for their contribution to the development and promotion of Chery brands.

Within the event, hundreds of the participants of the event had the chance to test drive new vehicles of EXEED such as RX, VX, LX, TXL and electric car EXLANTIX.
