Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As part of the 7th Meeting of the Ministers of Health of the SCO Member States, Acting Minister of Health of Uzbekistan Asilbek Khudayarov met with the Director of the WHO Regional Office for Europe, Hans Kluge.

Dr. H. Kluge on his official page shared his opinion on the results of this meeting:

“I look forward to our joint event to combat tuberculosis in Tashkent, which will be held in June as part of the work to eliminate tuberculosis in Central Asia.

I am very pleased to hear from Asilbek Khudayarov about how Uzbekistan is striving to improve the health of mothers and children, ensure gender equality and give women full access to education.

We also discussed partnerships in the field of digital health, primary health care and health insurance,” wrote H. Kluge.
